You consent to said photographs, audio, and/or video recordings in exchange for your participation in BayLearn 2026. You agree that BayLearn and Santa Clara University in conjunction with University of California, Santa Cruz, UC Berkeley, and San Jose State University (this year's hosting organizations for BayLearn) may use and publish such photographs, audio and/or video, including those that may contain your voice, image or likeness, for any purpose on a worldwide basis in perpetuity, without any compensation to you, and you release BayLearn and Santa Clara University (the local host organization for BayLearn 2026) from all liability related thereto. Note: The images shall not be used for AI training data, nor as seed images for generative image or video production. *
